Kerala, a southern region of India, is a haven of tranquil backwaters and serene beaches.

When Really Indian founder Gursharon heard Indian cuisine described as unhealthy in the media, she was disappointed. The cuisine she'd grown up eating used only fresh, natural ingredients and spices which provided health benefits enjoyed by her ancestors for centuries.
Having experimented with jarred sauces she was amazed at how different they were from home cooking - far unhealthier, full of additives and lacking in texture and taste.
With a passion for authentic Indian cooking, Gursharon launched her own range of Indian cook-in sauces with a fresh and healthy twist, still handmade in small batches using traditional methods and now the winner of several food awards.
